Job summary

Ruan is seeking Class A CDL drivers in Tipp City, OH for regional grocery freight. This role features 95% drop-and-hook loads across a 6-state area, with newer Freightliner tractors and a 5-day work week.

Weekly pay ranges from $2,000 to $2,100, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and regular pay increases over time. Employees receive 2 weeks of PTO in the first year and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with verifiable experience.
• Minimum 3 months CDL experience.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Haul grocery loads regionally across a 6-state area.
• Operate newer Freightliner trucks.
• Mostly no-touch freight with 95% drop-and-hook deliveries.
• Follow schedules and meet delivery windows.
• Maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations.
