TotalTalentAdvisors in Albuquerque, NM is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our regional Solo5 program, offering a 5 days on/2 days off schedule and weekly pay as we partner with Amazon Freight. Earn approximately $80,000 annually, with starting hourly rate at $22, plus quarterly bonuses, medical benefits, 401(k) and PTO.

Routes are 1,500–1,800 miles per 5-day block, with drop-and-hook, new sleeper cabs and modern safety tech.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of Electronic Log Devices, Drop & Hook operations and comfortable with a 53-foot trailer.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
• Speak, read, and write English to communicate with yard staff.
• Able to fill reports and use Amazon apps and tech.
• No CDL suspensions or revocations; clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Full-time work averaging 60–65 hours per week.
• Regional routes average 1,500–1,800 miles per 5-day block.
• All deliveries are drop and hook; no touch freight.
• Brand new diesel sleeper cabs with modern safety tech.
• Weekly pay with direct deposit; overtime during peak months.
• 401K, PTO and health benefits available.
