Job summary

High Five Logistics is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a regional Solo5 role (5 days on, 2 days off), hauling Amazon freight from our Albuquerque area yard. Pay starts at $22 per hour with weekly payroll and a $500 retention bonus after 90 days of employment.

Employees work a consistent 5-on/2-off regional schedule, averaging about 60–65 hours weekly. Company benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, safety and performance bonuses, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have knowledge of Electronic Log Devices, Drop & Hook operations and be comfortable maneuvering a 53 foot tractor trailer.
• Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate respectfully with guard shacks and yard teams at all yards.
• Must be able to properly fill out reports and enter information into Apps and Newest Technology Provided by Amazon.
• No current CDL suspension or past revocations.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical, Drug Test and Background Check.
• Ability to effectively learn and operate GPS enabled software and hardware.
• Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications.

Responsibilities

• All loads are Drop and Hook no touch freight.
• Average 60-65 hours per week.
• Deliveries are drop and hook.
• Operate brand new Diesel Sleeper Cabs with modern safety tech.
