Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking CDL-A drivers for dedicated regional runs, offering a steady weekly average of $1,600 and mileage pay based on experience. Your first weeks include paid training with a trainer, then transition to full solo driver pay. Home time is flexible with day/night shifts and some holiday work.

Weekly mileage averages 2,600–2,800 miles with $25 stop pay. Benefits start after 30 days, including health, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO. EOE.

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply. Our paid over-the-road training program includes: 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer, guaranteed weekly training pay, and immediate transition to full solo driver pay after successful completion.
• Applicants must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing; military experience considered with a valid DD214.

Responsibilities

• Operate highway regional routes with headhaul lane structure.
• Handle live unload and preload assignments—no driver unloads.
• Drive long-haul routes with winter considerations along I-80 corridor.
