Averitt Express is seeking regional CDL-A truck drivers in the United States. The role features a 5-day schedule with weekly home time, no-touch freight, and competitive pay plus comprehensive benefits.

Average weekly pay is $1,550 on a typical 5‑day schedule, with additional pay for stops, layover, breakdowns, detention, hazmat load pay, and per diem. Modern tractors and strong driver support help you succeed on the road and at home.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-A license and meet minimum age.
• Willingness to obtain hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Open and close trailer doors (up to 46 lbs).
• Hook and unhook trailers (up to 90 lbs).
• Load/unload/freight handling (up to 54 lbs).
• Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain logs/records.
