Position: Regional CDL A Driver

Hours: Home 3-5 nights per week

Pay: $75k-95k

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and motivatedCDL Class A Driverto join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver looking for strong earning potential, consistent home time, and a route schedule that keeps you home on weekends.

Our drivers typically earn$75,000–$95,000 per year, with most routes keeping drivers on the road for approximately2–3 days. The longest routes may be up to one week, but drivers arealways home on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company tractor and trailer on regional delivery routes.
• Deliver furniture to customers throughout our designated service area.
• Work directly with customers during deliveries and provide professional, courteous service.
• Assist with repositioning or moving furniture when necessary; customers are responsible for unloading the furniture.
• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure the vehicle is operated safely and responsibly.
• Maintain accurate delivery and driving documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the assigned tractor.
• Communicate effectively with the Shipping Supervisor regarding routes, deliveries, and scheduling.

Training & Route Scheduling

New drivers will begin byshadowing an experienced driver on the roadto learn our delivery process, customer expectations, routes, and company procedures.

Once training is completed, drivers will begin making runs independently. TheShipping Supervisor will initially schedule routes, and as drivers become established with the company, they will have the opportunity toselect their own runs. Route selection will operate on a rotating“first pick”basis to ensure fairness among drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A licenserequired.
• Safe driving record and strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to safely operate an automatic tractor.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Able to occasionally assist with moving or repositioning furniture.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining reliable communication with the team.
• Willingness to spend several days on the road when assigned to longer routes.

Important Requirements

• No passengers or companions are permitted in company vehicles, including family members, friends, or animals.
• Tractors are equipped withautomatic transmissions.
• Routes generally run2–3 days, with the longest routes lasting up to approximately one week.
• Drivers are home every weekend.
