Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of purchasing experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with negotiations and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel ~15%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional purchasing strategies.
• Manage costs and budgeting for assigned categories.
• Plan and track budget prerequisites.
• Analyze purchasing volumes.
• Generate procurement strategies and market intelligence.
• Identify savings opportunities and cost analyses.
• Lead risk management and address quality/delivery issues with suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms; manage RFQs.
• Lead supplier selection and approvals per category.
• Manage supplier portfolio and classification.
• Coordinate with regional/local stakeholders to boost customer satisfaction.
