Vesuvius North America seeks a Regional Engineering Projects Manager to lead capital and engineering projects across multiple manufacturing sites in the region. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with engineering standards, sustainability goals, and operational excellence.

This role acts as the bridge between global strategy and regional execution, partnering with plant leadership, R&D, operations, supply chain, and external engineers to drive success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• 8–12+ years of engineering and capital project experience in manufacturing.
• Proven multi-site or regional capital project portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and materials science environments.
• Experience with capital governance and stage-gate execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional capital investment projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Manage a portfolio of engineering projects including capacity expansions and new lines.
• Develop charters, scope, schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
• Ensure adherence to governance, safety, and compliance standards.
• Provide engineering oversight across disciplines and ensure standardization.
