Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success with consultative, needs-based selling.
• Strong outside business calling skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create organic growth through prospecting within designated geography and across existing clients.
• Collaborate with other lines of business partners to bring expertise to clients/prospects.
• Partner with Marketing to develop region-specific calling efforts and schedules.
• Develop professional, business-appropriate relationships in the community.
• Achieve sales goals and manage pipeline activities.
• Track and report business results to First Financial Bank management.
• Handle transactions in the Retail environment (opening accounts, loans).
