Qualifications

• 16+ years of progressive experience in structural/bridge design and project management.
• California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Competency in construction/contract documents (PS&E), technical studies, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop project proposals, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Train engineers in the development of construction documents and calculations.
• Perform construction site visits and provide support engineering services.
