Job summary

• Must be able to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, psychology, and medical providers.
• Travel regionally to post-acute and SNF facilities.
• Provide on-site clinical leadership and supervision to BHCs.
• Review documentation for quality, compliance, and consistency.
