Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer’s financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Drives proactive sales conversations and supports outbound calling, service-to-sales, and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share by educating customers on PNC products and leveraging technology.
