WSP USA is seeking a Regional Aviation Program & Business Development Leader to drive growth and project opportunities across airports in the Southeast region, including FL, GA, TN, NC, SC, MS, and AL. This role partners with local leadership to build a proactive BD operation and align priorities across business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction or similar fields.
• 15+ years of professional experience and leadership.
• Significant aviation experience and strategic leadership.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage teams, budgets and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary aviation design and program/construction teams, managing projects and budgets.
• Develop technical and price proposals with internal teams.
• Drive growth and project development of the aviation practice in the Southeast region.
• Recruit, develop and retain staff for aviation business growth.
• Coordinate with contracts and project timelines to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
