Riverview Exterior Construction LLC seeks an Assistant Project Manager – Construction to lead day-to-day exterior project operations for multifamily and commercial scopes across the Southeast. This home-office based role partners with the Owner to direct field supervisors, manage schedules, and protect warranties on high-volume work.

You will oversee siding, roofing, and gutter scopes, review plans, track progress, and coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors while traveling

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of assistant project management experience with a specialty subcontractor or GC on commercial or multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of exterior siding systems (fiber cement, engineered wood, vinyl) and gutters.
• Ability to read architectural plans, elevations, and specifications.
• Experience managing field supervisors and foremen across multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, and Excel for scheduling and costing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee siding, roofing, and gutter scopes on large multifamily and commercial projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, change orders, and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact with general contractors and coordinate project needs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Review plans and resolve field issues proactively.
• Track materials, deliveries, and project progress.
• Maintain strong communication with GCs and field teams; travel regionally as needed.
