Job summary

Vivint is seeking an experienced support professional to assist partnership leaders and manage the administrative workload for a Senior Regional Manager in Provo, UT. You will coordinate meetings, travel, budgeting, and daily communications to keep the team aligned and efficient.

Responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence, expense reporting, and minute-taking in meetings, with some travel and flexible hours to support leadership needs.

• Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
• Credit card reconciliation/reimbursements and expense reports for the team.
• Manage regional budget under the direction of Senior Regional Manager.
• Attend management meetings and take minutes.
• Handle confidential and non-routine information.

Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:
