Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Area/District Manager for the Lower Gulf Region, based in Los Angeles, to lead business operations with full P&L ownership and a strong customer focus. You will drive strategic initiatives, oversee service delivery, and coach a dispersed workforce to meet financial and safety targets.

The role requires 8+ years of management experience, advanced leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP/MS Dynamics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with emphasis in business/engineering/management.
• Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years experience in management and demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills with ability to supervise and influence teams.
• Ability to manage a dispersed workforce.
• Ability to obtain/maintain clearance to drive a company vehicle.
• MS Office proficiency: Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Dynamics is a plus.
