Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Material Processing Facility Regional Leader to oversee multiple regional facilities, drive safety, and optimize production. You will manage budgets, lead a team of managers and operators, and ensure environmental compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in material processing, strong communication skills, and travel up to 50% within the region. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Apply today!About the roleReworld is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Material Processing Facility Regional Leader to oversee the operations and performance of material processing facilities within a specified region. The Material Processing Facility Regional Leader will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and compliant processing of materials, the safety of our employees, and the achievement of production goals.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership: Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple material processing facilities within the region, ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency and effectiveness.Safety and Compliance: Oversee safety protocols, compliance with environmental regulations, and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
