This role emphasizes regional management and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver client-centric solutions. As a VP-level specialist, you will educate advisors on retirement income strategies, coordinate webinars, and develop comprehensive plans to support market growth while balancing sales and service

Qualifications

• 5 years in financial services as an external wholesaler or annuity sales experience.
• FINRA 7 and 66 required (or 63 & 65).
• Active Life & Health insurance license.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a geographic region and partner with advisors to drive annuity adoption.
• Develop advisor campaigns and track success with KPIs.
• Educate advisors and clients on annuity products and retirement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to support the region with divisional plans.
• Coordinate webinars and marketing campaigns for advisor education.
