The ideal candidate has extensive experience in project-based accounting within the construction industry, a CPA designation, and strong leadership skills. The position also involves significant interaction with project managers and team development.

Qualifications

• 610+ years of progressive accounting experience in a project-based environment.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams across payroll, billing, or project accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional accounting activities, including payroll, billing, cash application, and project accounting.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close activities.
• Support accurate revenue recognition and job cost reporting.
