Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Regional Accounting Manager to lead decentralized hotel accounting teams and ensure timely, accurate financial statements in line with GAAP and HHM standards. You will onboard new hotels, train property accountants, and coordinate with internal audit and operations to drive process improvements.

You will oversee monthly packs, supervise staff, and promote compliance with internal controls. Hybrid work options are available with a focus on collaboration across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Prior hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate statements.
• Review and approve property financial statements and monthly packs.
• Serve as liaison between internal audit, property management and accounting leadership.
• Provide training to Operations to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with regional managers to align accounting and operations.
• Assist with internal and external audits and respond to information requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external customers.
• Drive process improvements and control enhancements across properties.
