• 2+ years in oncology/rare disease sales or relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder navigation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven top-tier sales results in institutions and hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales objectives in assigned territory with tailored hospital selling.
• Develop account-specific business plans reflecting local market dynamics.
• Maintain deep clinical, technical knowledge and dialogue with healthcare professionals.
• Travel within territory regularly including overnight/weekends.
