Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Regional Account Manager, Channel Partners to drive outside sales, develop new business, and manage key accounts for our environmental services. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience (or 7+ years without a degree), a Bachelor’s degree, and extensive travel up to 80%.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Regional Account Manager, Channel Partners As a Regional Account Manager, Channel Partners you will be responsible for outside sales, new business development, and account management, supporting all business services for Arcwood. Your efforts will be crucial in achieving our revenue and profitability goals while ensuring the highest quality and consistency in product and service delivery.

This position offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and make a significant impact on our success.

  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Boosts sales revenue and profit by identifying new accounts and soliciting orders through personal sales calls, explaining services, and assessing customer needs
  • Enhances sales revenue and profit from existing accounts through regular customer contact and communication about additional services
  • Cultivates sales relationships with target accounts
  • Prepares, submits, and interprets periodic reports on activities, sales volume, and expenses
  • Participates in sales meetings and training programs; represents the company at trade shows, conventions, Chamber of Commerce events, and professional associations
  • Stays informed on major environmental regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitive conditions
  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt to CORE business and customer categorization
  • Manages Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to less than 45 days
  • Works with customers to profile service time frames, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction with current offerings; resolves any customer concerns
  • Negotiates pricing and contract requirements
  • Completes the annual sales revenue budget and key customer initiatives
  • Prepares, submits, and interprets periodic reports on activities, sales volume, and expenses; manages and controls sales expenses, ensuring timely submission of business expenses
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the Company’s service offerings across all business lines provided to customers
  • Travels up to 80% of the time, with overnight stays required
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Education

- Bachelor’s degree (required); focus in sales, business, marketing or science (preferred)

  • 3+ years of proven industry related sales experience (required) -OR-
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of proven industry related sales experience (required)
