  • Maintain a consistent cadence of client consultations and formal business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their evolving needs.
  • Direct ongoing business reviews and audits to proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs adding value to customers programs.
  • Analyze and synthesize account data to provide actionable insights for weekly, monthly, and annual business reviews in an effort to identify opportunities to add value through additional services.
  • Optimize portfolio financial wealth focusing on the overall fiscal well-being of the assigned accounts.
  • This includes resolving complex billing disputes and coordinating with the collections team to remain within target.
  • Draft and finalize comprehensive proposals for portfolio expansions; utilizing account data to identify 'white space' opportunities and translating them into formal business cases for the SAM to present.
  • Connect key client stakeholders to internal Ambius teams (Specialists, Operations, Finance) through formal and informal meetings to resolve issues and proactively add value to customer programs.
  • Serve as the primary lead relationship-management duties for a select group of mid-tier national accounts.
  • Develop deep expertise in biophilic design, interior landscaping, and scenting technology to provide consultative recommendations.
  • This position will require frequent travel up to 50%.

  • Relentless Follow-through: Colleagues that have a "don't let the ball drop" mentality and thrive on closing the loop on complex tasks.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to influence branch managers and field technicians across the country.
  • Analytical Thinking: Turns raw data into a compelling story of ROI.
  • Resilience: Remains calm and professional during high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrates steady leadership and sound judgement to identify optimal solutions during high-pressure situations.
  • Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Operations (Experience in multi-unit service or facility management is a major plus).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or management-related field OR equivalent years of experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders and maintain a positive project momentum across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.).
  • Ability to demonstrate financial knowledge and business acumen.
  • Must be a self-starter who can perform in high-pressure and dynamic situations with skill and tact.
