Rumpke Waste and Recycling, a leading waste and recycling company, is seeking a Region Vehicle Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple locations. Region Vehicle Maintenance Managers provide strategic oversight of vehicle and container maintenance operations across multiple locations, ensuring a safe, reliable, and cost-effective fleet enterprise-wide. This position leads and develops the region's Maintenance Managers and their teams, driving performance standards that prioritize safety, quality, and productivity. Region Vehicle Maintenance Managers also own end-to-end accountability for container maintenance and inventory management across the region. Through talent development, coaching, and performance management of Maintenance Managers, this role ensures consistent operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the entire fleet network.
