Job summary

Comcast is seeking a regional leader to head employee and customer experience, operations and financial performance in the Big South Region, covering multiple states. You will partner with senior executives to translate corporate strategy into local actions and to drive high‑impact programs.

The role leads a large, diverse team and shapes strategy across residential and business services, customer service, and field operations while delivering strong P&L results.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience delivering multiple products to consumer and business customers.
• End-to-end P&L responsibility, and a track record of growing businesses in highly competitive markets.
• Experience leading a large organization, ~ 750+ members, with a complex Labor environment.
• Subject matter depth and breadth in cable/telecom operations.
• Proven history of leadership, performance improvement, and creating efficiencies.
• Broad experiences in a wide variety of circumstances – different sized companies, industries, functions, etc.
• Experience working across different geographies.
• Significant accomplishments around building diverse teams, attracting and developing top talent.
• Prior Comcast experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Head responsibility for employee and customer experience, operations, and financial performance in the Big South Region.
• Drive local channel performance for residential sales with direction from HQ teams and support employees.
• Relentlessly pursue excellence in service delivery, including network operations and construction.
• Establish local relationships and pursue growth opportunities within the region.
• Lead local business planning cycles and translate HQ goals into regional actions.
• Embrace emerging technology and process improvements in alignment with enterprise direction.
• Demonstrate accountability and influence cross-functionally to maximize regional impact.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide regional opportunities and strategies.
• Adapt quickly to market changes and lead responsible change management.
