You will guide leaders through audits, investigations, compliance execution, performance improvement, and safety program implementation while coaching division teams to make safety a core part of daily operations.

This is a remote leadership role with approximately 60% travel. The selected candidate must live near a major airport within the Northeast region and be comfortable spending meaningful time in the field with operating teams.
