Regal Cinemas is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager for the Sawgrass Stm 23 & IMAX+4DX location. You will lead daily theatre operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and hands-on involvement across all theatre functions. You’ll collaborate with management to train, hire, and develop the team, oversee cash handling and inventories, and drive promotions.

• Manage theatre operations and facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, projection and audio-visual systems, and overall building standards.
• Marketing and promotions of feature film engagements; scheduling of movie show times and the timely delivery of show times to all proper channels.

Help lead the theatre and create exceptional guest experiences.

About you

• At least 3 months of supervisory experience, OR
• 6 months theatre experience with completion of, OR
• Equivalent experience or demonstrated leadership potential
• Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service if applicable
• Must complete all required Regal training and certification programs
• Working knowledge of theatre operations, including projection systems, preferred
