Job summary

Regal is seeking a dedicated janitorial team member to ensure cleanliness across auditoriums, lobby, hallways, and restrooms before opening. You will operate cleaning equipment, secure areas, and report any damages or found items to management while maintaining safety protocols.

Applicants should be 18+, with prior janitorial experience preferred, and possess the ability to read training materials and communicate effectively with staff. Lifting up to 60 pounds may be required.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Regular and Consistent Attendance
• Cleaning all auditoriums prior to opening for business
• Ensuring all lobby and hallway areas are properly cleaned prior to opening for business
• Ensuring all restrooms are clean and stocked prior to opening for business
• Ensuring the janitorial closet area is clean, organized and stocked with needed supplies
• Expected to use equipment such as vacuums and compactor
• Reporting any facility damage found to the General Manager
• Responsible for securing and reporting any found items to management.
• Maintain building security in keeping doors secured and alarm set and disabled as required (if applicable).
• Ensure all non-public areas are secure including arming, disarming and general operation of the alarm system.
• Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.
• Have knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures.
• Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.

Pay Scale Information

$16 An Hour
