We are currently building world-class institutes for the treatment of diabetes and cancer. We are looking for a Parking and Transportation Maintenance Specialist to join the team! This position independently removes trash and cleans parking garages and lots.

Duties

• Disposes of trash and waste products.
• Cleans parking garage flooring, curbs and stairwells.
• Operates various equipment including a drivable sweeper, high-pressure power washer, leaf vacuum and snow plow.
• Responds to the need for snow and ice duty.
• Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the functions of any site support position to include assisting any skilled trade.

Valid Driver’s License

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work on feet, and outside in the elements for duration of shift.
