RMS Refrigerated Mechanical Solutions Inc. is hiring Experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technicians for its Northern California Branch.

This role focuses on installation, repair, and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems across DCs and facilities, with travel and paid training included. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of refrigeration service experience, EPA 608 Universal Card, a valid driver's license, and is willing to relocate to Lodi, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Refrigeration Service Experience Required.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• EPA 608 Universal Card is required; RETA certification is a plus.
• Experience with ammonia systems is a plus; emergency response training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining reciprocating and screw compressors.
• Troubleshoot systems using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot pump recirculating systems, liquid transfer systems, and DX/multi-stage systems.
• Perform hot and cold compressor and motor alignments.
• Install wiring to connect components to a power source.
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks.
• Troubleshoot computerized refrigeration control panels and microprocessors.
• Welding of steel and pipe is a plus but not required.
• Advanced electrical control troubleshooting.

• Troubleshoot pump recirculating systems, liquid transfer systems, DX systems, and multi-stage systems.
