Position Summary

Perform corrective and preventative maintenance to ammonia systems, water systems, compressed air systems, steam and ventilation systems.

General Purpose

Ensure ammonia system, water systems, compressed air system and steam system are fully functional.

Role Qualifications

• Repair ammonia system, water systems, compressed air system, steam system and ventilation systems
• Install ammonia system, water systems, compressed air system, steam system and ventilation systems
• Perform corrective maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Perform on the emergency response team.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Work Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually high. Able to work on high locations such as roofs is necessary.
