Silver Hills in Rossville, TN is seeking a Millwright to manage project installations and supervise contractors. You will join a team that supports a healthy, fast-paced manufacturing environment, engaging in lifting, aligning, and maintaining large industrial equipment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, hardworking, and eager to take on new challenges with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Experience in manufacturing and strong mechanical skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility; preferably food manufacturing.
• Ability to lift 23 kg.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination.
• Sound and safe judgement.

Responsibilities

• Manage project installations as directed within allocated time and budget.
• Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings.
• Operate hoisting/lifting devices and machine tools as needed.
• Install, align, take apart, troubleshoot, and move stationary industrial machinery using appropriate tools.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure safety policies and SOPs are followed.
• Ensure contractor WCB approvals and safety program orientation.
