We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to join a growing, well-established Refrigeration & HVAC service provider in New Hampshire. This role supports commercial clients with diagnostics, repairs, and installation of HVAC/R equipment across the Lakes Region.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot rooftop units, heat pumps, and split systems
• Support light refrigeration work as needed (training can be provided)
• Maintain work orders, communicate with customers, and follow safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC field experience (commercial preferred)
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Valid NH HVAC or Gas/Oil experience strongly preferred
• Experience with RTUs, heat pumps, mini-splits, or refrigeration = a plus
• Driver's license + ability to travel locally
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service & reliability
