Job summary

JAGS Mechanical in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Master Refrigeration Technician to join our HVAC team. You’ll repair commercial coolers and freezers, perform complex HVAC repairs, and mentor junior technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $50,000 to $120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits plan, including a 401k with match, health/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a service technician.
• Experience training others.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• A2L certification preferred.
• CFESA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial coolers and freezers to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform critical commercial HVAC repairs and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
