Job summary

Refrigerated Solutions Gr is hiring for an assembler role in New Albany, MS. You will assemble, test, and inspect refrigeration systems on an assembly line and support production objectives. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include reading wiring diagrams, using tape measures, and assisting with training and daily operations. Overtime may be required, and applicants must pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Must wear provided PPE (eye protection, hearing protection, respirators, protective clothing).
• Able to read and write in English and interpret information.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and charge refrigeration systems per order and meet quality standards.
• Assist Team Lead and Supervisor with training new personnel.
• Read and interpret wiring and refrigeration diagrams.
• Detect refrigeration or electrical problems and report for action.
• Ensure correct components and charge per order; read tape measure.
• Operate tools including oxygen-acetylene torch as needed; may work in other departments.
