The Refrigeration & Plumbing Supervisor provides leadership for the daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the facility's refrigeration and plumbing systems. This role leads a team of skilled technicians, ensuring preventative maintenance programs are executed safely and effectively while supporting production reliability, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Success in this role requires balancing hands‑on technical expertise with strong people leadership. The Refrigeration & Plumbing Supervisor develops technicians, drives accountability, leads troubleshooting efforts, and partners cross‑functionally to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
Location: Hatfield, PA
Schedule: Full‑time
Work is performed in a food manufacturing environment with regular exposure to production areas, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical systems. Occasional after‑hours support may be required based on operational needs.
