This is for the 1st Shift.
The pay starts at $29.05 - $41.05.
Applicants will be considered for Refrigeration Maintenance level openings.
Leveling is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but are not limited to the following):
This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordinating the daily responsibilities of the department by ensuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated effectively to the team members and efficiently.
Education and Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience or refrigeration experience in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Communication Skills: Effective communication and basic math skills required.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently. Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day. Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop. Repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling. Frequent overhead work. Temperatures inside the plant may vary from -25 degrees to over 100 degrees; outside work may also be needed. Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements. Willing and able to work overtime and weekends. Willing and able to furnish your own tools.
Additional Notes: Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson Foods will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
