Job summary

Empire Livestock LLC. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Inventory Associate to perform loading, unloading, stocking, and shipping duties in a climate-controlled environment. You will read schedules, pull orders, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy of records.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 year of related experience; forklift certification is preferred. This is a full-time, first-shift position with early morning hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 1 year of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items to racks or bins.
• Sort and store perishables in refrigerated areas.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Fill requisitions and distribute to production workers.
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipping and loading.
• Check bills of lading for accuracy before shipment or receipt.
• Use computer to scan or enter inventories and records.
• Complete daily pick sheets, cycle counts, and production take backs.
• Assist with monthly and year-end inventory counts as required.
• Follow DFA GMPs and safety requirements.
