Job summary

WEL Companies, Inc. in Hazleton, PA is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a full-time position in our refrigerated warehouse. You will verify, stage, prepare, and record all inbound and outbound loads, working on 1st shift in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS). Forklift experience is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and a culture that treats employees like family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; required.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• 1-year forklift experience; a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Complete customer orders and prepare for trailers, ensuring accuracy each time.
• Load and unload trailers in a timely manner in accordance with the Labor Management System.
• Verify all in and outbound loads are the correct size/quantity/product are received and shipped according to bill of lading.
• Follow structured shipping and receiving process.
• Load orders according with delivery documents.
• Receive and put away products in an accurate and efficient manner while staying within compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Dispose of waste materials and by-products.
• Communicate potential problems or issues with leads and/or supervisors.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently at work and on time.
• Maintains clean, organized warehouse and work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
