Top earners average around $1,200 weekly, with trip pay based on dispatched miles. Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR company drivers receive a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test.
• No DUI within 10 years for CDL-A holders.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years; no serious traffic violations in the past year.
• No drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Haul temperature-controlled freight on OTR routes.
• Drive coast-to-coast with a variety of load options.
• Maintain safe, on-time deliveries and comply with DOT regulations.
