Job summary

Swift Transportation Company is seeking an OTR regional CDL-A driver based out of Decatur, GA to haul refrigerated freight across the Central, East, North Central and South Central regions. The lane offers bi-weekly home time and weekly pay with a monthly performance bonus.

Eligible drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving, with typical weekly pay around $1,250. A broad benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life and 401k plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• CDL-A required; Will Train New Drivers.
• Pass DOT physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated OTR regional routes based out of Decatur, GA.
• Deliver goods safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Keep accurate logs and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Utilize the new fuel network and support equipment as applicable.
