Job summary

Mom’s Meals, a PurFoods Company, is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to pick, scan, and pack portions of customer orders in a refrigerated warehouse.

This full-time role on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–3 PM) pays $16.50 per hour and may include weekends, holidays, and overtime, with pre-employment drug screen and background check.

You will work in a chilled environment (34–40 degrees), follow safety standards, and contribute to accurate, timely order fulfillment while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime.
• Have a strong service orientation.
• Be a team player, including the ability to communicate well with others.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must have basic reading skills.
• Pass a post offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the order.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels carefully and select product accordingly.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move product between locations following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
