Aramark is seeking a Refreshments Operator II to stock customer sites, manage inventory, and liaise with client staff to drive product interest. You will use a laptop to control PAR levels, place orders, and handle invoicing, while ensuring equipment operates properly and is cleaned during each visit.

This role emphasizes strong interpersonal and communication skills, with occasional travel to other locations to support client requirements and cover short-notice needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Client interaction, communication, organization/time management are critical.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
• Must be willing to travel to other locations on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stock daily inventory at client site, ensuring freshness by monitoring date codes.
• Manage ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at client location.
• Communicate with client's employees about new product interest.
• Use a laptop to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders and client invoicing.
• Perform repairs to best of ability.
• Call in orders and service calls to head office.
• Distribute promotional materials and merchandises complete product line.
• Clean equipment and exchange decanters on each visit.
• Coordinate with Route Sales Manager or General Manager regarding customers and issues.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to project a positive image of the company.
