Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor or instructor in training to grow our Pilates program within a premium fitness club environment. You will primarily teach small-group and private reformer sessions in a dedicated studio, with opportunities to expand into personal training and mobility work.

This role offers professional support and a stable income as the Pilates program develops and reformer sessions become a larger part of your schedule.

Qualifications

• Certified Reformer Pilates instructor or instructor in training.
• Strong cueing and movement quality to ensure safe, effective sessions.
• Excellent communication and ability to connect with members.

Responsabilités

• Teach small-group and private reformer sessions in a dedicated studio.
• Collaborate with members on mobility, corrective exercise, or small-group strength sessions.
• Help grow the Pilates program and adapt offerings as demand increases.
