Job summary

The Well Studio in Dublin is hiring a Reformer Pilates Instructor with compassion, creativity and a passion for healthy living. Join a boutique fitness team offering small-group reformer classes and opportunities to teach mat Pilates when reformer slots are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Must hold current fitness certification.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of a class, which may include standing, walking, climbing, balancing, running, crawling, and kneeling.
• CPR/AED Certification required.
• Flexible to work day, evening, holidays and/or weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver World Class Pilates Workouts: plan and execute small-group reformer classes (2–4 attendees) that are safe, effective, fun, and motivating.
• Instruct participants on proper form and provide modifications when necessary.
• Build and Maintain Class Attendance: generate interest in class attendance and provide excellent communication and care for retention.
• Administrative Excellence: provide lead time for class coverage and respond to communications promptly.
