Job summary

Miracle Method is seeking a Resurfacing Technician to perform surface refinishing for residential and commercial clients. You will prepare surfaces, apply coatings, and complete projects to restore bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces with meticulous craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent workmanship, and a commitment to delivering superior results, while adhering to safety guidelines and working with a team to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in surface refinishing or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections as needed.
• Apply coatings and finishes to bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques.
• Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions during refinishing projects.
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their refinishing needs and preferences.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

Job Description
