The role requires 2-5+ years of collision repair experience, ability to perform refinishing steps, and a strong quality focus. I-CAR/ASE credentials are a bonus, with a safety-conscious, production-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to complete all refinishing steps in the process.
• Above-average quality focus; high production capabilities.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review body work for quality as it arrives in the paint department.
• Mix, color match, and refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Complete all refinish operations per work order.
• Maintain paint material inventory and safety practices.
• Collaborate in daily production meetings and meet deadlines.
