Gerber Collision & Glass in Warner Robins, GA is hiring a Refinish Technician to deliver high-quality refinishes and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will mix, color match, and apply finishes while coordinating with teammates to meet daily KPIs and safety standards, using PAPR systems to stay comfortable.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of collision repair experience.
• Above average quality focus and safety diligence.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus.

The Refinish Technician thoroughly mixes, color matches and refinishes each vehicle while playing a pivotal role toward Gerber’s promise of speed, quality and customer excellence. The Refinish Technician works in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility’s KPIs and is committed to being a dedicated Brand Ambassador of Gerber Collision & Glass at all times.
