Gerber Collision & Glass in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Refinish Technician with 2–5+ years of collision repair experience to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will mix, color match, and refinish with the paint team to hit quality and speed KPIs.

This role emphasizes safety and accuracy; I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus. Our team uses PAPR systems and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review body work for quality and completeness as it arrives in the paint department.
• Thoroughly mix, color match, and refinish each vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition.
• Complete all refinish operations as described in the work order.
• Maintain paint material inventory and safety equipment; dispose of hazardous waste properly.
• Attend production meetings and collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines.

The Refinish Technician thoroughly mixes, color matches and refinishes each vehicle while playing a pivotal role toward Gerber’s promise of speed, quality and customer excellence.
