Job summary

Body Builders Automotive is seeking an experienced Refinish Prepper/Polisher to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with a flawless final finish. You will ensure every vehicle leaving the shop meets safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include reviewing repair blueprints, sanding/prepping and polishing post-paint, and adhering to OEM requirements. A valid driver's license and 2–3 years in a collision center are preferred. A mindset of continuous learning and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Review blueprints/estimates to understand scope of work.
• Sanding, prepping, and polishing after paint process.
• Follow OEM prep/finish standards for repairs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes.
• Collaborative team player in a shop environment.
• I-CAR certification and manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Valid state driver's license for operating vehicles.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of collision center experience.
• Follow directions and established procedures.
• Strong quality focus for safe, accurate repairs.
• Drive for continuous learning and professional development.
